Pros
-Scheduled hours are rotating retail schedule. Every sunday is guaranteed off. -Great people that work on the sales team. -Most managers are good people, and have sales backgrounds. -You are "guaranteed" at least minimum wage for the hours you are clocked in.
Cons
-When customers return a car under the 5 day return policy, your pay gets taken back. No matter WHAT the reason was. -You will spend 80% of your time doing appraisal's for customers that have no desire to sell their car or do any further business with you. -The company itself it about promotion from within, but store level management makes it nearly impossible to promote qualified candidates. (3 store employees have been promoted to the next level in the past 5 years. MANY have expressed interest and have moved onto other opportunities because of the drawn out politically charged process.)
