Pros
Easy going atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly even in the high stress collections field. Several 1 on 1 reviews during the year to analyze performance and how to improve. Upper Management truly believes in the company goal of helping people to get a car.
Cons
They seem to have trouble retaining managers on the Sales side. May be trying too hard to streamline operations at the local store level and adding tasks to managers that aren't ready to handle them yet. Too many of the stores seem understaffed for the amount of business coming in.
