Pros

Flexible Schedule. Work at your own pace. Easy job. You get to work with luxury brands.

Cons

The compensation is only a low percentage of your actual total work. Weather can be an issue (Being exposed to the sun every day, specially on the hot months. Also, if it rains you might lose a complete day) This just a job, a gig, but it is not a career opportunity. You won't advance. Management can be unprofessional certain times. The company cares more about their relationships with the dealerships than the relationships with their actual CarData employees.

We appreciate all feedback from former employees so thank you for taking the time. Communication is a key to success and we wish your concerns could have been expressed earlier. Our compensation plan is based on performance and we have many top performers that have been with the company for years that love the career of being a photographer at CarData. We are sorry that you do not feel it is a career but that's just not the case for many that like the idea of performance based pay. Unprofessionalism is unacceptable and we hope we've addressed any issues you may have had. Thank you for the feedback and we strive to get better everyday by communicating with our valuable reps and clients.
