Thanks for adding a review and including constructive as well as positive comments. It would be great to hear from you privately to understand what you mean by a poor working environment, micromanagement and backstabbing so we can learn from your experiences. We always receive praise for our working environment, salaries and benefits are benchmarked regularly and we don't have a particularly hierarchical structure, so your comments were a little surprising. The PCV Team were always available to support with any issues you faced, including drama among staff so I hope that you came to see us whilst you were here to discuss any exposure to drama you may have had.
