A rare workplace in Athens in terms of atmosphere and people. Engineering was exceptionally strong, so you will most likely be mentored and work with people who know what they are doing and push you to become better as well. Compensation also was competitive. Nice company events. There was a lot of care for inclusion and diversity. Also very interesting product.

Dynamics sometimes were kind of tricky.

Little transparency usually, unless management is forced to answer questions. Communications about strategy, the status of the company and/or mistakes, is always vague. Individual contributors are not protected when things get difficult.
