Pros

No pros working here at all

Cons

- MD was a manipulative liar - MD made sexual comments and sleazy remarks in business meetings - Never got paid on time - No pay slips (company do not pay tax on employee wages leaving them vulnerable to prosecution) - MD makes up fake personalities to appear larger - You will be promised opportunities which are lies - MD lies about opening future offices in New York - No HR - No real contract (it's downloaded from the internet) - MD gossips about employees and asks you to relay information of people 'misbehaving'

Pros

-(Unfortunately) attracted young, interesting, good hearted and talented employees, who were a genuine pleasure to work with.

Cons

-The MD is the biggest con; See below -MD for the most part comes across affable and intelligent, but this is all a charade. Once cornered in one of his many lies he is manipulative, intimidating and blindly running away from issues as quickly as possible. -MD has at least one Employment Tribunal Judgement against him, for counts of Breach of Contract, Wrongful Dismissal, Wage Arrears and other infractions based on his unwillingness to co-operate with lawful proceedings. -MD candidly admits to hiring female colleagues based on attractiveness. -Wages were always late; No payslips were issued (even after request); issues with expenses left some employees out of pocket by hundreds of pounds; Inconsistencies between company statements and HM Revenue & Customs reports. -Nepotistic organisational structure, of the (at its height) >10 employees, bred a culture of miscommunication, poor management and infighting. -Company no longer works from the 'desirable' main offices listed on website. They also reportedly have abruptly 'skipping out' on last listed premises, (Cotton Exchange, Liverpool) according to the building managers, Bruntwood. -The current 'Showreel' displayed on the website is entirely a collection of work from designers who no longer work there, and is not an accurate representation of current in-house capabilities.

Pros

Some of the staff members who came (and went) were great

Cons

Managing Director is manipulative and controlling - staff were pitched against each other and encouraged to report all behaviors to the MD Acting as a large company but in reality there were 4 people Pay always late Customers are deceived into thinking there are over 20 staff members - there are currently 3 - MD uses fake names and email addresses to keep the lie alive (eg. Will Kelly, Olivia Holmes - these people don't exist) Workers are made to complete many hours of unpaid overtime with the threat of losing their job if a deadline is missed New staff members are brought on board for one or two months with promises of career opportunities - they are then suddenly let go without pay The business no longer has an office although the website states that clients are invited to pop in to one of the offices (this would never happen) Staff equipment is old and inadequate No payslips No pension scheme No bonuses
