      Pros

      Some great people who are desperately trying to keep the "old Captivate way" alive.

      Cons

      Recent years and new leadership have done a number on this company...and not in a good way. You used to be valued as an employee and as a human being---not the case anymore! You're a number. You're disposable. And they aren't afraid to tell you that to scare you and make you worried about losing your job every single day....until that day finally comes- and it will.

      Pros

      Captivate is a good company to work for, especially if you are looking to grow and take on new responsibilities. The leadership team is engaged and there is a clear focus on improving the business and supporting employees. There are opportunities to learn, work across teams, and be part of meaningful projects.The culture is collaborative and people are generally supportive. Like any company, there are busy periods and some growing pains, but overall it is a positive environment.
