      We have been working fully remotely now for some time-- this provides great flexibility, and we are able to schedule time off, very easily, as needed.

      Cons

      Perhaps a need for more TLS/ Team Lead Supervisors..and more openings in that area, as the company continues to grow.

      Job had great benefits for employees, fairly easy and straightforward

      Cons

      Very micromanaging - especially with time and schedule adherence. Very stressful with high call volume - only seconds between calls and still expected to do tasks in between.
