My team was very friendly and flexible. I always had the resources needed to succeed in my role and a healthy work environment to learn from mistakes, connect with residents and management, and have others value my input.

My onboarding was a little confusing, but afterwards it was smooth sailing! Likely a situational issue.
Good seasonal job. Good for a minimum wage job, it is usually not a lot of hectic work, just house keeping a few times a week.

Racism is very present here, they claim they are not racist but they are obviously. My supervisor got fired for telling my manager she is racist and wanted her to apologize. My manager said something which was not nice and did not apologize. Stereotyping and favoritism at its peak. Some managers like others better probably because they are the same age or something. Because of this, people under management are not regarded at all. The management really sucks. They do not know what they are doing. They pretend they do but they don't. Extremely disorganized management. Trust me, there are better places to work.
