Good mission. Great staff. Overall the staff here is great to work with. The corporate culture is a good one, of trust.

It is an addiction treatment center, so sometimes we deal with rough situations.

Excellent, knowledgeable, and caring leadership. Great support and a positive learning environment provided by the Therapists working there. These therapists are top notch and their care the healing of their clients is great. The pay was very fair and benefits are second to none.

High turnover in staff do to the college environment. High stress work environment, which is due to the nature of the work and not the employer. Administrative leadership still needs improvement in reaction time, organization, and clear and accessible communication across the board.
