1. They Change your pay a week after they hire you.(Less) 2. Very Disorganized and loose chain of command. 3. Incompetent higher ups 4. Do not want you to go home, or take your days off 5. The right hand doesn't talk to the left hand 6. They have you submit falsified documents (Charge for same equipment, same day, two locations miles apart.) 7. A lot of Favoritism 8. They do not honor you being sick or taking a sick day. 9. HR, Staff and Chiefs have a "I got Mine" attitude. 10. Company doesn't communicate with it's employees 11. They tell you one thing and do another 12. If your a fireman fireman, they do not allow you or want you to stop and render aid, if you come across an incident. This company hires anyone to put "meat in the seat" to make a fat check. It is the most unprofessional department/company I had ever worked for. I been in the fire service for over 12 years and this company makes you become a crappy fireman, if you already have experience and if your just starting it teaches you all the wrong ways of becoming a fireman. If you want to fight real fire, run 911 calls and get great experience, I suggest you by pass this company and keep applying to other departments and go after your dreams, because this company is a NIGHTMARE! If you do not believe me, then ask the 4 Chief that quit... Daddy bought sons' a fire company!
