If you need to learn about the "Interior Industry" this is THE place, Day shift, 5 days working, within town limits, very friendly environment, no politics at all, In-house IT, In-house Design Team all under one roof, company norms are very transparent, I feel female employees feel safe in the org, as the working hours starts from 9:00AM to 7:00PM and the management is concerned about the safety and advise them to leave before dark, HR team will assist you from Day 1 to understand your rights and will also assist you on investments & savings / corporate post paid mobile connections etc. and BTW we along with our parents are covered under medical insurance with a decent good amount without deductions** ,Capricoast has provided me everything what I expected from a well organized company.

People who stay 25/30 KMS away from office, get a place closer to office to have more fun :)
