High team turnover, everybody is unhappy. Bad working conditions: minimum salary, minimum holidays-4 weeks (when mostly of the companies offer at least 5), unpaid long extra hours... no other kind of benefits. Bad Organization. No place for improvements or suggestions. CEO treats bad the employees. No multicultural environment.
