Pros
Great benefits as already mentioned by other reviews. They are true to their word about work-life balance; it's easy to take time off if needed and it's flexible enough where someone can cover you. Beautiful office building in a great location. I love my coworkers and everyone is helpful and easy to get along with. It really feels like a family (and not in the usual 'toxic' sense like other companies claim). The amount of work ebbs and flows but is generally manageable. There are very few stressful crunch times and you can expect to have enough time allotted to complete assigned tasks without feeling rushed.
Cons
Open office floor plan - you have your own desk and area but your coworkers are basically in your face and within earshot at all times. It can be stressful when you're trying to concentrate and have no privacy. WFH is available after 3 months but you are only provided 2 WFH days/week. The pay rate is satisfactory to me but still not competitive enough for a decent living wage in Austin, TX.
