The whole approach is exploitation - Student Services Representative Capitol Debate Employee Review

Pros

It's a dog friendly office.

Cons

The images and words are high-minded but didn't reflect the reality of working for this business, in my experience. Every step of the way, people are treated poorly, and you'll be asked to participate. Sales prey on the fears of parents, with what seemed like a focus on racial minorities, of what will happen to their child's future without an expensive debate camp. The camps rely on underpaid students and teachers working long hours while tasked with challenging responsibilities. Working for headquarters, you'll be asked to relentlessly push people into these roles, while also working morning to night, including weekends, and traveling half the year. Some employees seemed pushed to the brink of their wellness. Then one day a friend tells you about surplus value, and suddenly you realize that you don't hate yourself, you actually hate this job, and the mansions you earned for your bosses. Solidarity forever.
