Pros

You’re left alone, for better or worse.

Cons

No professional development. Input from employees not welcomed by executive level management. Essentially an echo chamber for the company president, Darin Arceneaux. Expected to be available 24/7. No income stability.

Pros

New and updated box trucks, rigs as well as reefer trailers. New scheduling system, ensuring drivers maximize hours per week during the slow season. Many different routes and cities for every type of driver. Company is progressively growing at an exceptional pace. Work load decreases during summer season.

Cons

1:30am-5:30am start times. May be hard to switch routes even if you are uncomfortable with your current route. For CDL holders the company may make you drive box trucks for the first 1-3 months. Some days routes take up to 2 hour delay to dispatch after scheduled departure times. During the summer when school is out work load will decrease substantially.
