Pros
The clients and most residential staff was awesome. Ok benefits.
Cons
Literally everything else. I worked here for a little over two years, basically managed a group home and worked a ton of unwanted overtime for almost six months due to the old manager quitting and was never compensated for my extra work. Finally, after pretty much begging, they gave me a whopping .36 cent raise. I quit shortly after. They pay is very low for the amount of verbal and physical abuse residential staff have to deal with yet the CEO drove a Lexus. Upper management is a joke, none of them seem to have a clue what they are doing but want to micro manage everything. The people who actually care about their job end up quitting or being fired... I could go on, but basically I’m saying DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!
