      Pros

      I learned new things on a daily basis and loved being part of a team.

      Cons

      Toward the end when I had issues I didn't have anyone in particular to go to which was a bit aggravating, but other than that absolutely nothing--thoroughly enjoyed my job!

      Pros

      Capitol was a wonderful place to work for. It's cliche, but it really felt like a family business. No one was just a number.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the work, you have to be willing to work pretty early in many cases - which might be a negative for some.
