      Definitely the people - and because the company is growing so fast there is so much opportunity to grow with them.

      You need to be flexible as this is a place where everyone mucks in - if you are scared to try new areas, this won't suit you.

      Capitalflow has the energy and exuberance of a start up despite it's fast growth, people are really lovely and work together to get the work done.
