      This company was extremely detail oriented and highly structured - compared to many others I've worked for.

      The high level of detail/structure often leads to long development times, but that's not always a bad thing either.

      Pros

      New building in a great, growing, part of town. Wonderful people to work with and small company feel.

      Cons

      None really. There are some growing pains due to strong growth, but the company is working to improve that and given the alternative, I'd rather be at a company with strong growth that treats the employees well.

      Smaller size business, good coworkers, and decent pay

      Cons

      Executive level siloed, mid appreciation given (the appreciation is too structured to seem sincere. Always given same time for same things), buggy software with IT that works at snail pace.
