      Fairly easy to gain employment.

      Cons

      Shady company, thinks they are above the law. Won't modernize, micromanages, and isn't consistent. Will not define the hierarchy of employees, nor the scope of their responsibilities. Employees are treated disrespectfully, and expectations are unrealistic.

      - nice location - professional staff and management - great training provided - tell you what they expect from you

      Cons

      - not a very competitive salary - some departments do not cooperate very well together, so the tension could be felt at times
