Pros

Capital placement is a legit company that was able to help me pivot my career. I was worried if they were real and if they would deliver on the promise of a virtual internship. I am happy to say that they connected me with different companies around the work and I was able to secure a virtual internship in the US that turned into a full time job. I definitely recommend them and would be happy to go through their program again.

Cons

The job placement process was slow and the placement is not guaranteed. You have to interview with different companies and it is up to them to hire you or not. Additionally, the salary for the intern position was not extremely high (think less than $1200) for the month and I was working full time ( 30+ hours) a week. Also I did not receive any benefits as an intern (however this is normal in the US).

Pros

Capital Placement's Future Leaders Graduate Program has been a fantastic, career-defining experience. The holistic, hands-on approach is what truly sets it apart. My rotations through departments like Customer Service, Recruitable, and Marketing have given me an unparalleled, 360-degree view of the business. I've been trusted with real responsibilities from day one, from creating social media content to conducting market research. This high degree of trust and autonomy is one of the most defining parts of the program. The support system is incredible, and the "fail forward" culture has made me feel empowered to take initiative and grow. Beyond the work itself, the benefits are great. We receive a competitive salary that is always paid on time, and the perks are fantastic: a home-office setup budget, medical insurance, an annual company trip, generous holidays, and even an Uber Eats budget. Company-wide wellness days also show that they genuinely care about employee well-being. This program is great for anyone looking for a high-impact, hands-on start to their career. Pros: Competitive salary, always paid on time. Exceptional trust and autonomy from management. Unparalleled exposure to different parts of the business. Fantastic perks (L&D budget, home office budget, medical insurance, Uber Eats). Incredible support system and a "fail forward" culture.

Cons

The fast-paced nature of the program requires a steep learning curve, which is not really a con if you think about it
