No way to adjust schedules after being told that I could during hiring process. They lie to get you in the door and then treat you like CRAP once your there. I was fired because they refused to fix my equipment issues, they refused to give me a reason on paper and then they told unemployment it was for attendance to have those benefits denied to me. 0/10 would NOT recommend. I recently got into chase way better pay and way better flexibility for my schedule with kids. Those people at capital one are SCAMMERS down to the accounts they changed for the better or THEIR business NOT the customers. Work environment is pretty much pop covered in sugar. Training seems so fun and all about unique customer service until you get there and it's all about NUMBERS. Again huge SCAM. They don't tell you everything in training ONLY the GOOD 2% never the BAD 98% it was a great experience for the extensive training...the work experience however is the complete opposite
