Pros
Benefits, work-life balance, great pay. Teamwork and training. Wonderful support from management in call center. Never a dull moment. Wish they were still in operation in Tampa.
Cons
Outsourcing caused the layoffs of many excellent employees and they moved most of the credit card operations to India. I wish companies realized the importance of keeping jobs in America.
