Pros
They generally do a great job of hiring non-management. People genuinely care about their work.
Cons
1. No fully remote option. When associates were forced to return to the office, droves of associates quit. 2. Penny pinching. Be expected to do the work of multiple people and not get recognized (or compensated) for it. They will do ANYTHING to avoid having to add to the headcount. 3. Layoffs…again. If you work in NACG, you’re most likely going to be laid off at some point. 4. Diversity and inclusion…not enough. Nowhere near a reasonable amount of POC in leadership positions. 5. If you’re an extrovert and make yourself marketable, you’ll succeed regardless of skills/accomplishments. If not, you’ll be passed over for everything and anything.
