Pros
- Incredible benefits: (ex) I felt comfortable taking mental health leave - Plenty of resources & community groups - Everyone is so genuine and welcoming - Early career programs are well structured - "Safe": people come here to work long term and retire
Cons
- SLOW: huge for tech people. this is the polar opposite of a startup. "slow moving whale" - & slow on AI: they're working on it, but all the legal / infosec hurdles have made adopting AI impossibly slow. they're only just now rushing to amp up AI tooling & support teams. strategy is weak - There's a general "drink the koolaid" vibe you need to adopt to be absorbed in the CG culture... Despite all the "we're a family" vibes, the layoff was cold and silent.
