Pros

There aren't any positives. Avoid at all costs.

Cons

- Toxicity throughout the business - Culture of fear from top down - Zero strategy. Rewarded for 'getting stuff done' without any thought. - Poor product/marketing strategy - Soulless London office - Not transparent regarding crucial decisions being made (UK clients?) - Spineless "yes" people will fit right in. If you like to get bossed about and have no self-esteem, go for it. - If you challenge, you'll be isolated. - Certain leadership use ideas generated by team members and pass off as their own.

Pros

you have a job. A job.

Cons

A complete façade – take a closer look whenever you see those glowing 5-star reviews popping up every few days. The more of them appear, the more suspicious you should become. The workplace culture is profoundly toxic: intimidation, bullying, and sheer arrogance are the daily norm. It’s nothing short of a career graveyard. Talented and competent individuals did pass through here – but they rarely lasted more than 12–18 months. Why? Because genuine ability quickly became a ‘problem’ for the less capable yet unquestioningly loyal. If you value your professionalism, wellbeing, or career trajectory, think twice before stepping into this environment.
