Great opportunities and flexibility within a small company - Manager Capital CDC Employee Review

The company provides lots of flexibility with working from home a few days a week. They also have a wonderful benefits plan that is probably the best I've seen.

There is not a lot of room to move up as the company is small and people in management positions tend to stay in them for a long time.

Management is progressive, generous and fair. Tom is a good leader. Compensation is among the leaders in the industry and benefits are good. Co-workers are almost all smart, conscientious professionals. Flex-time is allowed and encouraged. Location is good for me.

Sometimes there is office politics to deal with, and sometimes flex-timers take advantage. Because the company is fairly small advancement is limited, though my experience has been that the company will try to find other ways to reward those stuck behind the senior people.
