Pros

A four day work week which is unheard of in this industry.

Cons

Poor ownership that were way behind the times is regards to proper systems in place to be a profitable business. They are focused on the wrong things that they think will grow their brand.

Pros

Very relaxed place to work at, especially when on break from school. Very flexible hours and high amount of tips. Honestly, the work was fairly easy for what we were getting paid. Learned A LOT about beer/alcoholic beverage sales, which is not only a good conversation piece but could also serve me well in the future (you never know). Overall, the place served me well during my high school/college years, would recommend to other young adults looking for a part time job.

Cons

Entry-level positions tended to be part-time only, even if they'd schedule you 35-40 one week (which was rare). Hours week to week could bounce around. I remember there was two weeks when I was home from school during the summer where I got 35 hours the first week and then only 10 for the next. Bizarre, but usually having a simple conversation with a manager would lead to you getting more hours the following week. They are usually very reasonable.
