Pros
Salary comes on time mostly. Good WL balance, work load is mostly manageable.
Cons
No stability in your project, one day you are there, next day project is gone. They have very poor resource management as well as poor project management, everything seems to be happening on an adhoc basis without an actual plan. The senior managers are mostly unwilling to do any work at all and just keep piling up excel sheets and trackers for developers to fill. HR is as good as not there, very unresponsive and powerless, not really involved in anything. And lastly the hikes/appraisals are given only to those who are important according to the senior management, they don't even know who is doing what work. If you are willing to lick your way up, you'll do great here. Your performance or any appreciation you might get from clients even won't do you any good.
