Stuck between rock and a hard place. - Software Test Analyst Capita Employee Review

No training in years, no performance review or development plan. I've endured skills fade during my time at Capita and also my confidence in my job has taken a beating to the point that I don't think I'm good enough to leave and find a job elsewhere, redundancy would be a blessing at this point. No vision going forward, yet company appears to have delusions of grandeur.
