Pros
Capgemini Invent is an excellent place to work if you're looking for a collaborative and supportive team environment. The projects are engaging and the colleagues are great to work with. The culture fosters early-stage-career growth, which is a big plus.
Cons
The pay and benefits leave much to be desired. Compensation is not competitive for the consulting industry. If monetary compensation isn't adequate, one would at least expect recognition in other ways, such as career advancement or learning & development opportunities. Unfortunately, these areas also feel lacking, which can be discouraging over time.
