This is a business going through a steep growth curve. My experience was sub-par but may not be the norm. There was no time for an induction, straight onto client work leading a pre-selected team that had little previous experience. Quickly translated into 60-70 hour weeks and most weekends. Very little in the way of a tried and tested central approach / knowledge base / repository to draw upon. Knowledge of internal processes comes with length of service or connecting with the right people, rather than it being clearly documented, trained and communicated. Probably okay for seasoned Consultants looking to progress, but they are actively recruiting SME from industry, many of whom I suspect will struggle to put up with the above.
