They don't have any specific area where they want to concentrate and because of this you also don't have any specific learning path about any particular industry. Working on a simple logistics model is a big time predictive modeling project in Capgemini Consulting. There is no role of HR in this organization. If you are not good with your N + 1 your career is finish in this team. So much partiality and politics in the team. The biggest problem is that those who are leading this team don't know anything about predictive modeling and neither have any specific industry experience. They just discussed only cross/upsell with you.
