      One of the best places to learn is by practicing on various projects, and this place offers just that. With partnerships with major IT companies like Microsoft and Databricks, as well as teaching platforms like Coursera and Udemy, the opportunities to expand your knowledge are abundant.

      Cons

      Capgemini could improve its communication and support towards employees who are assigned to external projects. It would be beneficial for both parties to maintain a level of engagement and recognition throughout the project duration, rather than only when Capgemini requires assistance.
