Cons
This company is not for freshers. You have to wait 18 months for appraisal, no idea about promotion till 18 months even you passed 1 year in project. Less compensation benefits. Travel from home to office is to be paid, while others are free. if its even general shift. we come to office from home to work for your company only that travel expense should be negotiated. No project bonus. No Joining bonus, No variable pay, No annual bonus... Nothing. You just get welcome kit for you to work and just sit and work, do not expect any appreciation. Will get appreciation certificate but with no signatures on it, But this is ok if its first time. Employees working in project will work for more profit but you still get 27k as salary, for first 6 months its 19k.
