Pros
Good salary, Very little work to do if you are talkative and can dupe the dumb senior management/Directors because they are not professional engineers.
Cons
No serious or big project coming to this company from US clients. The technical presentations by incompetent/professionally zero senior management has scared away all the potential clients (unbelievable, but this is the truth). Senior management/Directors love to spend time on exercises that have no benefit and provide dumb reasons to CEO of Altran Solutions-USA (who is the only certified professional engineer in the Altran US).
