Pros
People are very helpful. Environment is good. The quality of work given to you totally depends upon the project in which you assigned. Work life balance if your project doesn't have lot of work. Proper amusement for employees.
Cons
If the project has lot if work they don't care to call you on Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes, you have to work from home till lte nights too.
