Pros
Best place if you are working on core telecom project. No Doubt.
Cons
if you are not a core telecom developer, Manager can change your profile to such an extent, that you will be nowhere after sometime. If you don't want to work with a manager, you should leave the organization. You cant change the project. HR just conduct sessions, but doesn't really solve your problem/issues. You will be asked to follow up on things which you shouldn't.
