Pros
1) I joined this company as a fresher. Very good dedicated training. 2)Company invests a lot in training without expecting anything in return for first few months. It will be like paid college days.
Cons
1)Its turning out to be a mass company. Individual recognition might be very hard to get. 2)The training facility is only in Gurgaon, and pay is very less to match high cost of living in Gurgaon.
