Pros

1. Flexible Timing - Depends on your manager 2. Flexible Dress Code 3. Well Located in Gurgaon 4. Work/Life Balance 5. Salary is par with market for a lateral.

Cons

1. Don't have projects for OSS/BSS, So if you are switching to the company for gaining some experience. Then you will be disappointed.Top Management/Sales team has no Idea on how to bag projects. 2. Will send you as a contract to other companies as a contractor which makes us think why join Aricent. 3. This is personal (may not apply to everyone). Being on bench for a good 1 year. I thought of quitting as enough was enough, I put down my papers. Agreed to serve the notice period, Wasn't in any hurry. Manager says he can waive off the notice period as a token of appreciation. Agreed. On the last day got to know I have to pay close to INR 60k. Now this defies logic, I'm on bench and have no KT pending and my notice period wasn't waived off as per my request. It was waived as per my managers request. Company is ready to pay me salary instead if I complete the notice period. Had I known this prior I wouldn't have booked my air tickets and transported my stuff back home. 4. Whatever date you quit you are bound to lose the Variable Pay for half the year. 5. Gurgaon is one of the worst cities to live in honestly. Having lived in all most everywhere in India. Power shortage, Water Shortage, Dust, Traffic, Crime Rate is at the peak..etc 6. You will be made to work on different technologies and not the technology you were hired for and then when you do agree, you will be made to change again. Ruins the career in short.

Pros

Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

Cons

Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
