      flexible timings good hikes(even during adverse market conditions)

      Cons

      Rigid about career growth, does not offer switch between BUs or projects Its difficult to get promoted until and unless you have been in the company for a really long time Rigid and biased senior management

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
