Pros
Would rate the TAC process 5/5. Learning is absolutely amazing. People are helpful. No politics within a team. Everybody is friendly and open to ideas. Manager's are okayish. Depends on team again. There will always be an issue when you go towards the top of the managerial hierarchy. People live together, celebrate together, live like a family. ccie incentives are very good.
Cons
Too much technical pressure at times but it is all fine if you can manage. Night shifts, but get used to it.
