      Low pressure, good worker treatment, social benefits, good work environment (this applies if you work at Altran site. I do not know if you work at the customer site)

      Perhaps good treatment of employees is used to compensate lower salaries

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
