      You always had what you needed to do the job. When I put in a request or if I just went out and got it no one questioned me on it.

      Cons

      If you have a disagreement with upper then after you finished one job you may seat at home a month or so waiting to be called back out.

      Regional blocks to operations making some struggles with integration of ways of working. Minimal but is present.
