      Horrible micro management. toxic culture. Promises of trips, meals etc haha yeah right. Highest turnover of staff I’ve ever seen. No support. Unethical. There is just way too many

      Pros

      The team is very supportive. The managers are always around to help you whether it to answer work related queries or for a general chat. The office is a very fun buzzy environment. I have felt very welcomed and at home at Capax and genuinely enjoy working here!

      Cons

      Nothing springs to mind! My hours as an admin assistant are very good and the company are flexible to work from home. The hours are a lot longer for the search consultants
