very very very very good

nothing is bad with this company

401k matches 6% and there's a decent amount of funds you can choose. The insurance is amazing I don't know anyone with better health care.

They brought all new management into the company from corporate all the way down to facilitie management. The problem with that is none of them have any prior steel industry experience and the company is being ran into the ground. The old management would work with the union and admit when a mistake was made; now everything is denied even when it clearly states in the contract that they are wrong. Company and employees used to have a very fair working relationship and worked together to solve problems and be fair.
