The company over works its employees and under pays them. They are unappreciative of employees who go above and beyond. They allow people who have no business sense to make decisions. The company environment is similar to when you were in High School. The owners of the company have a habit of turning over control to people who have no business in the positions they are in and then do not like admitting that they made the wrong decision.
