Pros

CapTech has continued to grow quickly over the last few years and the company is shifting to focus on innovative industry specific solutions and technology services across almost all industries (Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Resources, Sports, and a lot more). Consultants are also recognized with generous bonuses for utilization, impact, positive client and peer feedback.

Cons

As CapTech grows and shifts to this new portfolio model, some internal processes are being revisited and improved. As with any transformation, there is some slight frustration with change in internal functions, but we are all excited for the next level company we can be to best support our clients.
