We're happy to hear you feel supported and empowered as a CapTecher and are taking advantage of the many opportunities to grow.  As you noted, feedback is an integral part of CapTech and plays a significant role in an individual's growth. That said, the type of role our consultants are in while supporting a client should not limit the feedback they receive.
